If your presentation is selected, you will receive a complimentary one-day registration for the day on which you speak.

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully.

1. We require speakers to provide information in an educational, non-commercial, non-self-promotional manner.
2. We require speakers to provide educational information that will be available to attendees and non-attendees after the conference. Please do not submit a proposal if you are unwilling or unable to provide educational information (e.g., a copy of slides or other documentation of your presentation). This information must be submitted to Directions Media  by October 15, 2009. A few blunt words – speakers must adhere to this deadline.
3. We require speakers to allow us to share the content of their presentation (e.g. slides and audio) in an educational format to allow individuals who were not able to attend to be able to gain a sense of what was discussed. Directions Media  holds the copyright to this presentation of the information.
4. We require your permission to publish your name, company and session topic on the Internet, in direct mail and magazine ads for purposes of marketing the conference.
5. If your presentation is accepted, you will need to submit a brief biography to Directions Media  by October 15, 2009.
6. If your presentation is selected, you will receive a complimentary one-day registration for the day on which you speak.

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully.

1. Specifically, we need you to thoughtfully address issues related to the topics for our program.
2. For the our sessions focused on Local and Regional issues, we are seeking proposals that feature existing projects or solutions-based case studies where significant results can be discussed.
3. We prefer presentations to be original works presented at this conference for the first time. Please indicate if you paper or presentation has been delivered previously.
4. The Rocket City Geospatial organizing committee will make final speaker selections. You will be notified by September 25, 2009, whether your proposal has been accepted.
